Here at Marchand Ranch we believe that your wedding day doesn't have to be full of stress, and that a day of coordinator plays a key role in bringing calm organization to this spectacular day. In fact, this is so important to us that we have made sure that every booking includes a day of coordinator, at no extra cost! Wedding Coordinator Services
After booking, we will issue you a preferred vendors list, room layout, help formalize your catering needs, and process the final invoice.
Our coordinators also offer wedding planning packages, al a carte services, and a Full Coordinator option if you are interested in further planning with us.
Coordinator Packages
We are offering this service with each booking. We want to make sure that your wedding and event runs smoothly and flawlessly for a timeless memory that will last a lifetime for you and your guests. This service includes our digital planning packet, which will guide you through the process of planning your wedding day.
This upgraded option starts at $700 and includes a month before wedding service, options for rehearsal dinner available. It is designed with the bride and groom in mind equipped with emergency kits, day of wedding tools, and detailed itinerary.
Wedding Planner
At $50 an Hour, this option can be added to any Coordinator package. This package can help you stay on budget, plan wedding details, attend vendor meetings and help build wedding decor as well as invitations and ceremony favors.
