Q. What is the rental fee and what does it include?
A. Our prices are clear and easy to understand. We include many EXTRA'S that other venues tend to charge more for. You can find our full list of transparent pricing HERE.
Q. What is the building capacity?
A. Our official capacity for the building is 266. We can comfortably fit 200 for formal dining (everyone sitting and being served at one time) However, we do have 2 large accordion style floor to ceiling doors that when open allow us to have 400+ guests for casual dining.(buffet style, gourmet food trucks, designer charcuterie boards, etc)

Q. Do I need to schedule a tour or can I just stop by?
A. We are a working ranch and a busy family of 8, so In order to serve you better we like to make sure you have our full attention. Please book a tour here.
Q. Do we have to utilize your preferred vendors?
A. We want you to have a completely customized experience, therefore you can use any Vendor you know and love!
Q. What time will I have access to the venue to decorate?
A. Depending on the Venue rental you have booked your contract will tell you your specific start time. If you have booked a full Wedding experience with us you will have the venue from 9am.-11pm. to allow stress free decorating and prep for your special day.
Q. Do you include a "Day of" Wedding Day Coordinator?
A. YES! We feel this is a HUGE perk of booking with us. Diana will Que your guests and vendors to make sure your vision of your special day goes exactly as planned. Q. Do you allow dogs onsite to play a role in our wedding day?
A. Yes! We love our pets too, and feel they are family. We simply ask that you prearrange with Tiffany your plans to include your furry friends.
